At Pyrex Webshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality glassware. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your Pyrex items in their original boxes and protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
